Thank you for shopping with FurFrenzy! We’re committed to getting your grooming and shedding essentials to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing & Shipping Time:

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

- Once processed, orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days.

- Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates:

- We offer free standard shipping on all orders since products do take a little while to be delivered to customers addresses. 

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays & Issues:
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier issues, etc.). If you haven’t received your order after 14 business days, please contact us at info@furfrenzy.us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Currently, we ship within the United States Only right now.
